This issue is still continue for v4.1.0 too. Only reputation re-counting can go to 300.

Link must be on its own paragraph and alone. So it will be embed. If you paste the link in the same paragraph with some other text, it won't be embed. That's how it works. Example: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=t1pqi8vjTLY...
