I tested 4.1.8, and 4.1.7, I think the upgrade is not smooth, and the issues make me confused, so I am not sure where this issue come from.

Also, update now on AnsPress database and uninstall function is not work well on Subsite of multisite, anyway to improve upgrade process?

I am still not able to replicate your comment related issue. Can you give me access to your staging site so that I can debug the issue. I will check other issues.
