Redeem Earned Rewards

Hello, I need an information: I’m using AnsPress to build my website where Users can add Questions and Answers to earn Rewards/Points.
Is there a way to reedem this earned rewards/points from User profile on website?
Is it necessary a code customization or is there a plugin that works with AP to do that?
