Hi,

I’m still a little new to WordPress and was wondering if there is a way to override askbug/include/template-tags.php. I tried to create an include directory in askbug-child, but the changes to template-tags.php in child theme were not taking affect. Is there something else I need to do?

No you cannot override in theme like that. Will you tell me what you are trying to achieve ?
