I cannot get question content to display, like single.php file

I have installed the plugin, can get the questions but when I click on one of them my theme doesn’t show anything from content of question. I’m wondering how do you create a single.php file with all functionality described by plugin. Just in case I have created a folder anspress in my parent theme but that doesnt change anything, still cannot see the content when clicking the question.

I have managed to show question content using shortcode [question id="123"], however now I cannot show answers as it shows “Show all the answers” and when clicking nothing happens? Can someone provide me a hint of making it functional? Documentation for this plugin is awful.
