Hide Question stat & related questions widget in sidebar

I am showing widgets in wordpress sidebar; and selecting visibility option in widget settings to show widgets on specific pages. Since wordpress is showing only my “home” page (which is anspress question-list page) and “questions” (base-page); i can only choose ‘questions’ page to selectively show Question stat & related questions widget. Its showing fine on single questions pages; but it is also showing on Ask page as ‘questions’ is the base page. Could anyone please suggest a solution or a workaround?

Widget Context is not hiding question stat on selected pages. did you create seperate page with shortcode to apply widget settings ?

Try to use show and the URL. I can assure you it works, since i’m using it on my live system. No shortcode or anything.

Use question stats widget only in question sidebar.

Filter (or allow) by URL. That works with Anspress.

As discussed here you need to give try to conditional widget plugin. but i had no success doing so.

https://wordpress.org/plugins/widget-context/ — Select widgets to show/hide with URL as suggested by @Cagliostro. This is working with Anspress. 🙂
